Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently, DLCommerceShop ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are processed and shipped from our North Carolina warehouse and include tracking information once shipped.

Do you provide tracking information for shipped orders?

Yes. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment until delivery and contact us if you need assistance.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and other secure payment methods available during checkout.

What is your Return Policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened fragrances, personal care products, and final sale items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
